Job summary

Wyndham Bloomington MOA Hotel is seeking a maintenance team member to ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities and equipment. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, with AM/PM shifts and weekend work required.

Key duties include inspections, preventive maintenance, responding to guest needs, and maintaining hotel equipment. The position emphasizes safety, thoroughness, and strong communication with management.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to plan and organize projects cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of mechanical equipment.
• Complete tasks on daily checklist.
• Respond to guest maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance per company standards.
• Communicate concerns to General Manager.
• Maintain exterior of building, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Work orders driven tasks.
• Maintain hotel equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain a clean work area during and after projects.
