Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative checks to keep hotel systems safe and reliable, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

As part of Concord Leader culture, you will lead with integrity, support a collaborative environment, and provide excellent service. This on-site, full-time role offers growth opportunities within our hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Hands-on problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
