The Blennerhassett in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, lobby, and public spaces in prime condition. You will troubleshoot issues, replace fixtures, run preventive maintenance, and ensure safety in mechanical spaces and grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.
• Strong math skills: fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Ability to troubleshoot from descriptions or diagrams.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling.
• Friendly with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, lobby, and public areas daily for issues.
• Replace faulty items like light bulbs and faucets.
• Run preventive maintenance for guest spaces.
• Monitor spa pH levels.
• Handle grounds upkeep and waste areas.
• Keep spaces safe, orderly, and records updated.
• Track daily work on a provided checklist.
• Manage inventory of supplies weekly and monthly.
• Assist other departments on special projects.
