Job summary

Staybridge Suites Montgomery – Downtown, an IHG Hotel is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, maintenance, alterations and installations in our hotel.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and handle a variety of projects across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting while keeping guest comfort and safety as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in general maintenance (hotel or residential).
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry basics.
• A positive, guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Reliability and attention to detail — because every detail matters to our guests.
