ZMC Hotels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work across hotel facilities. You will handle a variety of projects, from routine repairs to larger upgrade tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to franchise standards.

The role requires versatility, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team, with focus on safety and guest satisfaction. On-site, full-time position with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to lift, stand, and carry tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience maintaining and repairing hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance staff as needed.
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems and equipment.
• Repair furniture and fixtures; paint and finish surfaces.
• Test and repair electrical and plumbing systems.
• Manage supplies and coordinate with General Manager.
