Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back-of-house, pool, and grounds.
• Maintain rooms and facilities to ensure optimal operation; perform repairs as needed.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and prepare daily carts.
• Repair TVs, phones, clock radios, and fixtures; handle plumbing and bathroom repairs.
• Maintain room appearance, perform touch-ups, and manage carpet/marble/tile repairs.
