Onni is seeking a Hotel Engineer to handle diverse maintenance duties across residential units and property facilities in Seattle. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems following safety practices and preventative maintenance programs to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes on-call emergency support, coordination with contractors, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and timely turnovers. A team-oriented, flexible schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of building maintenance or related experience preferred.
• HVAC, appliance, or electrical certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work order requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, building exterior and grounds.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on building equipment.
• Ensure timely unit turnovers.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests to promote quality living experience.
• On-call for emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Oversee contractor work for proper completion.
• Communicate with supervisor about maintenance function.
