Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest maintenance requests, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and support the team with projects while keeping tools and spaces organized.

Qualificações

• Preference given to candidates with prior maintenance or building repair experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
