Job summary

With a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in hotel or facilities painting, you will use brushes, rollers, sprayers and pumps, read safety manuals, and work flexible days including weekends and holidays. This on-site role offers a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a commercial or residential painter, preferably in a hotel or facilities setting.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with attention to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance manuals, and equipment instructions.
• Comfort with Windows-based software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, prime, sand, seal, patch and paint surfaces of furniture, walls, floors, doors and fixtures with various finishes.
• Operate, clean and maintain painting equipment such as brushes, rollers, sprayers and pumps.
• Respond to maintenance, guest requests and repair needs throughout the hotel and grounds.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies; maintain materials and labeling.
