We are hiring several Hotel Building Maintenance Technicians for our largest hotel in Washington, DC. Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends. Overtime opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Preventative mechanical maintenance (changing belts, greasing motors)
• Touring and logging; knowledge of equipment room
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• General maintenance, painting, drywall, and light repairs

Qualifications:

• Availability to be on call 24/7
• Experience with PTACH units
• Basic electrical and HVAC coursework
• Universal CFC/R-410A certification preferred
• Prior hotel experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and ascend ladders up to 30 feet
• Excellent customer service skills
