Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection in the heart of Duval Street seeks an experienced Hotel Engineer to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, ensure safety, and support daily operations. Full-time on-site role with hands-on tasks across guest areas and back-of-house.

You will collaborate with other departments, follow codes and MSDS guidelines, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to service calls to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understand and follow MSDS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within half an hour of receipt.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Efficiently maintain pools, filters and pumps daily.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete repairs and installations.
