Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for their Residence Inn in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role includes performing upkeep and repairs on various equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing any urgent repairs immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Change out light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms.
• Monitor energy conservation and perform plumbing repairs.
• Respond to alarms to determine location and cause.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
