Kettelsen International Recruiting in Burlington, Vermont is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer/Technician for a premier hotel. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The position offers full-time hours, a rotating schedule, and a wage of $24.50/hour rising to $26.00/hour after one year, plus benefits and relocation support for eligible international candidates through TN visa

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• University degree in Engineering or related field with transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure smooth operations.
