Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in preventive maintenance within the hospitality or related industry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Commit to best practices, safety standards, and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Develop and update maintenance schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and support operational needs.
• Communicate clearly and confidently to report maintenance and engineering issues.
• Perform other duties which you have been trained.
