Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous maintenance/engineering experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; holiday/weekend shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install, replace, and program televisions.
• Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps and perform preventive maintenance.
• Trace and repair all types of water lines.
• Troubleshoot kitchen equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records.
• Perform and maintain work to local, state and Federal codes.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Work as a bell attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
