Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a full-time maintenance engineer to manage daily pool operations, monitor chemical balance, and handle preventive maintenance of hotel facilities at High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and timely repairs.

You will work with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve issues, document activities, and ensure spaces remain safe and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/maintenance certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily pool operations and monitor chemical balance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Document maintenance activities accurately.
• Provide exceptional guest service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
• Support installation, repair, and upkeep of hotel facilities.
