Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park is seeking a highly enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel team. The role involves split shifts (mornings and evenings) and requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, pool knowledge, and the ability to create and maintain a preventative maintenance book for each shift.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and other equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and keep the pool area

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings.
• Must be able to follow safety and security procedures.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems hotel-wide.
• Performs preventive maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool operations, chemicals, and filters.
• Cares for building exterior and grounds.
• Adheres to all hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
