You will work on room repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and furniture, while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Experience in engineering/maintenance or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance to meet quality and sustainability standards.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install/repair sheetrock, paint, and basic fixtures.
• Repair furniture, televisions, plumbing, and minor electrical components.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with codes.
• Support guest satisfaction and safety, and assist during peak check-in/out as needed.
