Qualifications

• Prior engineering experience is a plus, but not required.
• Drive to succeed and passion to deliver guest experiences.
• Willingness to be a crucial, reliable part of the evening hotel team.
• Weekend availability is a must; most shifts are roughly 7am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• To maintain all areas of the hotel in accordance with Sunridge by performing preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Handles difficult situations effectively.
• Understands and implements preventative maintenance.
• Repairs and maintains all hotel and guestroom areas.
