Pyramid Global Hospitality manages the Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA, where a dedicated maintenance team keeps the property in pristine condition for guests and events. The resort blends scenic scenery with hospitality excellence, offering growth opportunities and a supportive work culture.

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform trades, maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging and welcoming personality with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
• Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other equipment.
• Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures; maintains logs and submits reports in a timely manner.
