Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineer to join our Engineering team in Los Angeles. You will assist with preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, perform routine and major repairs, and close work orders to uphold our high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of general maintenance experience in hotels or buildings; certifications are a plus. You will work with hand and power tools and ensure guest satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and rooms.
• Carry out routine and major repairs and close work orders.
• Use hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery to complete tasks.
