• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests and guest calls
• Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Document inspections and repairs and flag issues
