The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on painting, drywall repair, patching, and supporting the Engineering team with general building maintenance in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

You will perform interior and exterior painting, respond to requests from guests and team members, and help keep the property in optimal condition to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient, safe, and professional operation of the hotel's building, grounds, equipment, and physical appearance to support an exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Maintain and repair the hotel's interior and exterior painted surfaces, conduct routine property walks, and respond promptly to engineering requests.
