Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel facilities or similar buildings.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hotel equipment and building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment; replace parts as needed.
• Dismantle defective components and install replacements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of systems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest or operations requests with professionalism.
