Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional settings.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements; valid driver’s license preferred; read/write English.
