Responding to guest requests, performing HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, drywall work and general maintenance are core duties. You’ll also log activities and collaborate with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities operations preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues.
• Strong teamwork, guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building, grounds and physical plant focusing on safety and asset protection.
• Respond to guest and in-house requests for repairs and preventative maintenance.
