Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hotel engineering, HVAC or related certifications, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Compensation starts at $17.00/hour with full benefits in a supported, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel maintenance experience at Engineer level
• HVAC, pool, or technician certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest and employee safety through proactive building system upkeep
• Respond to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural requests promptly
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance for building systems and guest rooms
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and furniture adjustments as needed
• Monitor energy usage and implement conservation measures
• Manage fire safety equipment and ensure compliance
• Oversee tools, equipment, and workspace cleanliness
• Supervise maintenance technicians and manage work orders
• Maintain pool equipment and grounds, including logs
