Job summary

The Leisure Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of the campground under the direct supervision of the General Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of all systems, performing repairs, and maintaining the property’s appearance.

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and specialized training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. Full-time employees are eligible for various benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Specialized training and experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC desired.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language of the workplace.
• Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or commercial building preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation, repair, and maintenance of all equipment and plumbing.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of air conditioning units and HVAC operations.
• Maintain the exterior appearance of the property.
