Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our hotels in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee property grounds, public areas and guest rooms, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and respond to maintenance orders promptly.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel maintenance, strong problem-solving, and good communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a hotel maintenance position (preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintains HVAC, electrical components, and lighting.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Conducts daily rounds and reports issues.
