Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Driving license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments.
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help with maintenance tasks.
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment.
• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours.
