Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive hotel maintenance/engineering experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with maintenance logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, guest room appliances).
• Keep maintenance areas clean and safe per hygiene protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professional service.
• Accurately complete and manage work orders for documentation and follow-up.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and cross-department teams for seamless operations.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely and report issues promptly.
