Job summary

Homewood Suites in Dover, NH is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Engineer to service building, grounds and hotel systems. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC and electrical/mechanical equipment, and coordinate with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to inspect and repair building systems and equipment.
• Licensed shuttle operation is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance requests and prioritize work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to the required level.
• Inspect property and plan ongoing maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a schedule and service the pool.
• Maintain exterior areas and perform janitorial duties as needed.
• Must hold a valid shuttle license.
