Homewood Suites Dover NH is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Engineer to care for the building, grounds, and critical systems. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with emergency weekend call-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC and electrical/mechanical systems maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance problems, prioritize work orders.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical systems and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify current and future needs.
• Plan and execute ongoing maintenance programs.
• Solicit bids from contractors and ensure work meets specs.
• Coordinate with inspectors to ensure compliance with codes.
• Performs preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Service the hotel pool and manage chemicals.
• Maintain exterior grounds if not contracted.
• Conduct janitorial duties for public spaces inside/outside the hotel.
• Must have a valid shuttle runs license.
