Omni Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta is seeking a Class 1 Engineer to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. You will maintain wiring, domestic hot and cold water systems, control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs and lighting systems.

You will be expected to inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and assist with general maintenance duties. The role requires flexible scheduling, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a proactive, positive

Qualifications

• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must exhibit a positive attitude at all times

Responsabilités

• Schedule and complete equipment PMs.
• Operate and maintain low-pressure boiler for the hot water system.
• Operate and maintain other vessels as needed for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning systems.
• Assist mechanics and external contractors with repairs of hotel property and equipment.
• Repair and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Repair and maintain swimming pool and pool equipment.
• Completion of all assigned work orders and daily tasks.
• Receive direction for house calls via radio.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Have a thorough understanding of OSHA rules and regulations.
