Job summary

The Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, FL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems running smoothly and safely. You’ll perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, handle repairs, and address emergencies to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
Trade licenses in relevant trades are highly desirable.
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR is required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other systems.
Address guest room and common area repairs to ensure safety and comfort.
Respond to equipment issues and emergencies with prompt, safe solutions.
