Job summary

You will oversee preventative maintenance, handle work orders, and ensure safety and quality in guest areas and back-of-house facilities. Strong leadership and hands-on skills are essential to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (property specific).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information.
