Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Brookfield, WI is seeking an Engineering team member to maintain our Courtyard/Residence Inn property. You will support preventive maintenance, perform general repairs, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards.

Two years of hotel/building maintenance experience is required; painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC knowledge are essential. Certifications are a plus and career growth is supported.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance, including painting, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems is preferred. Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance of guest rooms and hotel facilities.
• Perform general maintenance, routine repairs and major repairs as needed.
• Complete work orders in line with high quality standards.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Engineer, you will be working with our Engineering team to assist with preventive maintenance of the hotel rooms, general maintenance of the hotel, routine and major repairs and completion of work orders in accordance with out high quality standards. You will be working with hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery.
