A leading hospitality management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Francisco. This role involves responding to guest repair requests and performing preventive maintenance on various equipment such as HVAC and kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience in a related field, and possibly hold a trade license. This is an hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $28.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Must have an acceptable MVR property specific.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Change out light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms.
• Perform plumbing repair and preventative maintenance on guest areas.

Skills

Experience in a hotel or a related field

Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)

Valid driver's license

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
