Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in hotel or building maintenance
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, guest rooms, and common areas
• Handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Repair furniture, walls, tile, fixtures, lighting and appliances
• Maintain heating and air conditioning systems (filters, controls, inspections)
• Complete daily checklists and walkthroughs with management
• Keep tools, workspaces and logs organized and up to date
• Be on-call for emergency situations with guaranteed minimum pay when called in

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, guest rooms, and common areas

• Handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs

• Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests

What We’re Looking For

• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical repairs

• HVAC, refrigeration, or heating system experience a plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed

• Professional, reliable, and able to interact positively with guests and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
