The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha invites a proactive Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our historic property. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support preventive maintenance programs to preserve the hotel’s century-old charm.

Overview

Join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer at the historic Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, a beautifully restored landmark with over 100 years of history. As a vital member of our Engineering team, you will help preserve the character and integrity of this iconic property while ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas. Youll perform routine inspections, respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist in managing preventive maintenance programs to keep our century-old property operating at the highest standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for maintaining historic buildings. Experience in hotel, commercial, or facility maintenance is preferred.
