Job description

Starting Salary Range : $20.00-$21.00 / hour or more based on experience

Wage Increases : New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days & 6 months.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift : Must have open availability, including weekends.

What You'll Do :

As a Maintenance Attendant (24 hours / week), you will :

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues.
  • Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

As a Houseperson (16 hours / week), you will :

  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Deliver linen and supplies to the housekeeping team.
  • Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or services.
  • Assist with heavy cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and Front Desk teams for seamless operations.

We're Looking For :

A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who takes pride in their work.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and carrying equipment and supplies.

A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
