Job summary

Concord is hiring a Lounge Bar Back to join our hotel bar and lounge outlets. You will be the first or last greeting for guests, supporting bartenders, and helping ensure a smooth guest experience in a team-driven environment.

You must be dependable, able to stand 8–10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Prior high-volume food & beverage and hotel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be dependable and able to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Must work at least 3 days per week including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment is required.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a bar back and food runner.
• Serve food to guests where required and restock as directed.
• Open/close the bar and maintain safety standards.
