Responsibilities

• Prioritize laundry needs for the hotel.
• Retrieve folded linens and stock clean linens.
• Sort towels, rugs and robes.
• Assist in loading/unloading of dryers and sorting washed items.
• Operate and maintain washers and dryers; keep laundry chute clear.
• Report technical problems to Housekeeping Manager or maintenance.
• Place folded product on appropriate rack.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly inventories.
• Attend departmental training as scheduled by manager.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals and dryer lint maintenance.
