Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment preferred.
• Able to obtain ServSafe certificate.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a high pace and hot environment.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Keep a clean, stocked and tidy workspace.
• Ability to communicate with prep cooks & wait staff.
• Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment.
• Label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed.
