Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in line cooking.
• On-site, Pittsburgh PA posting for hotel line cook.
• Closing shift is primary in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Document all food containers with proper rotations per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform and on time.
• Cook orders with guest requests and needs.
• Assist with ordering, pars, and equipment upkeep to avoid service obstacles.
