Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Uniform Supervisor at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, Benchmark Hospitality, in Westlake, Texas. The role supports the Laundry and Uniform Room operations, supervising attendants and ensuring inventory control.

Pay is $21 per hour and work is based on site at Deloitte University. Experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry environments is preferred, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Outlook/Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping or Laundry preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality or laundry industry required.
• Preferably in Laundry or Housekeeping operations of a hotel.
• Basic computer skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint experience desirable.
• Computer experience with an Inventory system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the proper and smooth operation of the Laundry and Uniform Room operations.
• Act as a working Supervisor who will work alongside of the Uniform and Laundry Attendants.
• Responsible for all training of Uniform and Laundry Attendants.
• Responsible for issuing, tracking, organizing, washing, and pressing uniforms for all uniforms and linen such as sheets, napkins, tablecloths, and terry.
• Assist with conducting quality audits to ensure all items are in good condition.
• Replace worn garments as needed and record linen and terry discard.
• Ensure that there is always a well‑maintained par level of all inventory.
• Conduct inventory and submit order recommendations to the Rooms Operations Manager so that par levels are always maintained.
• Assist employees with uniform issues ranging from quality, sizing, and fittings.
• Coach and counsel Laundry and Uniform Attendants, as needed.
• Assist with performance reviews for Landry and Uniform employees with the guidance of the Rooms Operations Manager.
