Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Linen and towel maintenance: sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute textiles and ensure quality standards.
• Operate laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, ironing machines) and report malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of linens and towels; notify supervisor when stock is low.
• Inspect linens for stains or damage and remove items not meeting standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe laundry area by following safety guidelines and proper chemical handling.
• Report and document items left in guest laundry per policy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure timely supply of clean linens.
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in department meetings.
