Job summary

Lotus Hospitality Management is seeking a reliable Laundry Operations worker to support hotel laundry services. You will wash, dry, iron, fold, and sort linens and guest clothing, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.

Responsibilities include stain treatment, equipment maintenance, inventory management, safe distribution of clean linens, and assisting with general housekeeping tasks while keeping safety and hygiene protocols. Team collaboration and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and sort hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing according to hotel standards
• Pre-treat stains, perform minor sewing repairs, and report damaged items
• Operate and maintain washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely; clean dryer filters and ensure all machinery is functional
• Track laundry detergents, sewing kits, and other supplies; ensure proper stock levels
• Deliver clean linens to guest rooms or housekeeping carts and collect soiled laundry from rooms
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning public areas, vacuuming corridors, and maintaining a safe work environment
• Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols
