Job summary

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain clean linen and uphold our guest service standards. The role involves sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding and stocking linens for guest rooms and F&B areas, while ensuring safety and proper chemical handling.

You will work with a team to deliver great guest experiences, follow MSDS requirements, and report any equipment issues.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with guest-focused service mindset.
• Ability to perform duties in an office-like environment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and stock guest room and F&B linen.
• Know and follow equipment use; report damage or hazards to supervisor.
• Use chemicals responsibly and manage supply quantities with approval.
• Follow all safety and MSDS standards; perform other duties as assigned.
