Responsibilities

• Maintains the quality of linen by sorting, washing, drying, folding and storing according to procedures.
• Informs Executive Housekeeper of deviations in linen receipt or handling.
• Maintains proper supply of cleaning materials.
• Cleans dryer filters and washer drains.
• Keeps the laundry area clean and orderly at all times.
• Stores and stocks room linen as instructed.
• Reports any laundry equipment malfunctions to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintains a neat, pleasant image.
• Performs other duties as requested by the General Manager.
